We are excited to offer the only Mountain Coaster in the state of New Mexico boasting 5100 feet of waves, dips, plus a 360-degree helix!
Drivers control the speed of their cart with max speeds of 25mph, plus Screaming Eagle Mountain Coaster boasts a state-of-the-art collision avoidance system to make sure each rider can enjoy their ride safely.
The Screaming Eagle Mountain Coaster operates based on weather and track conditions. Tickets may be purchased at Ruidoso’s Winter Park.
Each car holds up to 2 people and the maximum weight for each car is 300lbs. Drivers must be a minimum of 52” and 9 years old. Riders must be a minimum of 36” with a driver 16 years of age or older.
Tickets may be purchased in-person at Ruidoso’s Winter Park, the Screaming Eagle Mountain Coaster will be OPEN all winter long!
When purchasing multiple tickets anyone in your group may use the tickets.

All participants must watch our instructional video prior to riding the Screaming Eagle Mountain Coaster
All participants 18 years of age or older must fill out a waiver. Any minor children must have a parent or guardian fill out a waiver for them. Please note: Waivers are valid for 1 year from time of signing, if you have signed a waiver in the past year there is no need to re-sign.
Tickets for the Screaming Eagle Mountain Coaster and Zipline can be purchased in-person at Ruidoso’s Winter Park. The tickets are available in the ticketing building next to the coaster. All participants must check-in at our ticketing building to receive a wristband.
