Snow Tubing and Igloo tickets can be reserved starting December 5. Opening weekend tickets, Mountain Coaster tickets, and zipline tickets are only available in-person at Ruidoso’s Winter Park.
If you have a reservation for snow tubing tickets it means that even if we are at capacity and have stopped selling to walk-in customers, you are still able to use your tickets whenever you arrive.
Your tickets are good anytime during operating hours, if we are on a ticket hold please let the customer service employees know you have purchased tickets online so they can get you your tickets.
If you have an Igloo reservation please check-in at the green and white tent in Igloo Village (you DO NOT need to check-in at the regular ticket windows).
Please let the parking attendant know you have an Igloo so they can direct you to the reserved parking.
You can bring any extra food, drink, etc. into the Igloo.
There is a strict capacity of a maximum of 8 people per Igloo. Anyone 4 and older counts towards the total number of Igloo guests. If you have more than 8 people you will need to book additional Igloos.
