Yes, if you purchase tickets online you must first check-in at the ticket office to get your physical tickets. There is no expedited service if you have online tickets, you will still need to wait in line at the ticket office to receive your physical tickets.

No, only the customers who are tubing and/or ziplining need tickets. If anyone in your party is not participating they can be in the courtyard area and watch free of charge.
Yes, we have a concession stand with multiple food options. You are also allowed to bring food or drinks in with you. We have a courtyard with picnic tables available.

We recommend winter boots with good traction for the snow tubing as you will be walking on ice and snow. Flat-bottom tennis shoes and cowboy boots are not recommended.

Pets are allowed in the park as long as they are on a leash and not left alone. Pets are not allowed on the tubing hill.

Children under 36″ are not allowed on the Mountain Coaster. We do have the Penguin Park area in the winter which is for children under 42″. Penguin Park has small tubes and a small walk-up hill.

No, we do not allow phones or anything in your hands while riding the Screaming Eagle Mountain Coaster. You will need both hands to safely operate the car. You can use a go pro if it is attached to your body.

Yes, purchasing tickets online only means you are counted into our capacity. You will still need to wait in line at the ticket office to receive your physical ticket and also wait in lines at the lifts.
